Searching for jobs for radio is really hard on these websites, especially in sales. Maybe I was searching wrong, but I don't think they offer enough for me to want to use them again. Monster was the best website out of all of them. Careerbuilder was one I also found a couple on. All of the others offered nothing to help me with this assignment.

  1. Hey I have a good friend that worked his way into one of Chicago's main Classic Rock stations. He started 20 years ago on a rural Country station. I could try to introduce him to you through Facebook if you're interested. Please follow my blog, Charlotte. I'd love to have some commentary. Thank you.

  2. Hi Amanda,
I think a lot of these places already know who they want to hire and they hate to have to advertise their openings, especially radio stations. On my blog, I have the link posted to a news story I made about the station I worked at last year, WDVR. They support a lot of country musicians. It's really not that good - I never really got that good with Premeire Pro - anyway, you should see it.
